As a Service Advisor for Nissan, you will:

  • Welcome Passenger Vehicle customers and guide them through the vehicle servicing process with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with technicians, generate repair estimates, and manage job approvals.
  • Monitor job progress, ensure timely vehicle delivery, and handle customer communication throughout.
  • Prepare invoices, collect payments, and support workshop revenue targets.
  • Record service activities in SAP, ensure compliance, and participate in continuous training.

As a Service Advisor for Yamaha Motorcycles, you will:

  • Welcome Two-wheeler customers and assist with service requests and estimates.
  • Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient job scheduling and delivery.
  • Handle warranty processing, technical concerns, and minor customer complaints.
  • Ensure accurate job card entries, SAP updates, and post-service follow-ups.
  • Promote service packages and accessories to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

What equips you for the role

  • Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-2 years in technical and customer service roles in a recognized service workshop.
  • Technical knowledge (passenger vehicles or Two-wheelers).
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven, dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
