POWERHOUSE, SWRO AND STP OPERATORS
About the Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated Operators to join our Utilities Department. You will be responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Powerhouse (Generators), Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Plant, and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient service to the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Powerhouse Operations
- Operate and monitor diesel generators.
- Follow daily routine as per manufacture/resort engineer’s guideline.
- Maintain log sheets.
- Coordinate maintenance activities.
- SWRO Plant Operations
- Operate and monitor SWRO units.
- Follow daily routine as per manufacture/resort engineer’s guideline.
- Maintain log sheets.
- Coordinate maintenance activities.
- STP Operations
- Operate and maintain sewage treatment processes including pumps, other equipment.
- Follow daily routine as per manufacture/resort engineer’s guideline.
- Coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ensure chemical usage and dosing systems are properly managed.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma / ITI Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in power plants, water treatment, or wastewater treatment operations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in resorts, hotels, or remote site operations is preferred.
- Shift duty- 12 hours.
