Recovery Officer - Kotahena
We seek a results-oriented dynamic individual with a high degree of motivation, excellent communication and ability to work independently. The ideal candidate must be a qualified & talented individual with a can-do attitude, having a sound understanding of the subject matter to make comprehensive decisions, the ability to work as part of a team and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
Job Profile
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets
- Handling inquiries of customers
- Regular customer visits and collect overdue payments
- Plan and pursue inquiries to recover outstanding payments
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
Qualifications
- Should be below 25 years
- Should have 3 passes at the G.C.E A/L Examination
- Should have a valid Driving License (Having a motorbike will be an added advantage)
- School leavers are encouraged to apply
