Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support field operations related to coconut or cinnamon cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to farmers and field workers to ensure best agricultural practices.
- Coordinate and supervise plantation activities to enhance productivity, maintain quality standards, and promote sustainable practices.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on crop health, yield, and overall field performance on a regular basis.
- Identify challenges in the field and propose actionable solutions to management.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of field experience, preferably in the coconut or cinnamon sector.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, pest/disease management, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with field workers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in remote plantation areas and travel as needed.
