Job Profile
- Create and manage engaging social media content to promote company culture, values, and job opportunities.
- Assist in employer branding strategy and recruitment efforts.
- Monitor and engage with candidates on social platforms.
- Post job ads on social media and job boards.
- Support HR functions, including record-keeping and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing employee events, training, and wellness programs.
- Help onboard new employees for smooth integration.
- Contribute to employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
The Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or social media marketing is a plus but not required.
- A strong passion for HR, social media, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
