Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of reservations, ticketing, refunds, invoicing, and credit notes.
  • Process ticketing and refunds in accordance with company policies (Cash/Credit) while ensuring all required documentation is in place.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, Agents, and Airlines.
  • Ensure smooth counter operations by adhering to ticket office policies and timelines (24/7 operations, reports, etc.).
  • Provide support to CSAs, Agents, and customers on ticketing and refund-related matters.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • IATA qualification.
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly committed, responsible, and passionate about the role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
