Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

Are you passionate about analyzing processes, solving complex problems, and optimizing manufacturing operations? We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst – Manufacturing Operations to join our growing team and help shape the future of our manufacturing excellence.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. (Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA are an advantage.)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, supply chain operations, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
    • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, ERP systems).
    • Familiarity with process mapping, workflow optimization, and system implementations.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent ability to analyze data, identify trends, uncover root causes, and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing workflows, operations, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
  • Propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
  • Lead or support the implementation of new systems, process improvements, and technology upgrades within manufacturing operations.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project outcomes.
