Overview of the role
The Assistant Manager – Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales of our Aftersales services, CNH & Parts business. You will manage both traditional and digital marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and customer experience across all workshops.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Aftersales services, CNH brand sales & parts business utilizing both traditional and digital channels to generate leads and convert sales.
- Manage and update websites and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and creating engaging content.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and interviews to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support business development efforts.
- Oversee the production and performance of multimedia content, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing initiatives.
What equips you for the role
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or full/part qualification in SLIM or CIM are a plus.
- Proven 4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field. Experience in Aftersales marketing is highly desirable.
Required skills to be successful
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and drive decision-making.
- Experience in managing brand consistency and visual identity across multiple touchpoints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and analytics software.
