Back Kitchen Staff (Prep Cook / Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher)
Location:
Mian & More By Xi Yue, 23 Visaka Road, Colombo 04
Working Hours:
Full-time shifts basis
What You’ll Do:
- Assist chefs with food preparation (chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, etc.)
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
- Wash dishes, cooking equipment, and utensils
- Keep kitchen organized and assist with restocking supplies
- Follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
We’re Looking For:
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Able to handle busy periods calmly and efficiently
- No experience required – training will be provided!
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and cleanliness is a plus
- Speaking Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus (not required)
