Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Are you an experienced leader in Quality Assurance looking for your next strategic challenge? We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Quality Assurance Manager to elevate quality standards and drive operational excellence across our apparel manufacturing operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership capacity within the apparel manufacturing sector.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical and quality audits, buyer specifications, quality inspections, and QMS implementation.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Leadership & Training: Proven track record as a self-motivated leader who can effectively train, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple plant locations.
- Education: Degree or professional qualification in Quality Assurance, Apparel, or Clothing Technology.
- Strong Personality: Effective communicator and confident leader with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes and SOPs across the manufacturing plants.
- Lead initiatives to meet technical and quality targets in line with buyer and company expectations.
- Manage and streamline pre-production processes to ensure seamless transitions into full-scale production.
- Identify and resolve quality issues during bulk production in collaboration with production teams.
- Serve as a liaison between the technical, production, and quality departments to ensure consistent product excellence.
- Demonstrated capability in handling washed garments and those with value-added processes.
