Chef cum Kitchen Supervisor
EAM Maliban Textiles - Corporate Office - Wattala
Job Role
- Overall responsibility of maintaining and executing the kitchen process on order.
- Making VIP meals according to the menu requirement /should be able to prepare Western, Eastern and Indian Menus.
- Should be able to maintain VIP dining lounge according to the required standards.
- Maintaining an excellent standard of food quality, preparation and cleanliness in the section while assisting service led by the Cooks.
- Supporting achievement of the overall objectives (food, cost etc.) and guiding the team.
- Adhering to Health, Safety and Social Compliance regulations at work.
- Driving creative approach in kitchen.
Individual Profile
- Diploma /Certificate in related field from recognized institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputed hotel or a recognized company in apparel sector.
- Excellence in communication and organizing skills.
- Ability to manage a team.
