Manager Medical Service/Head of Medical Service
- Oversee daily medical service operations, ensuring high quality patient care and adherence to standards
- Implement and monitor hospital policies, clinical guidelines and patient safety protocols
- Manage doctor scheduling, medical staff performance and strategic workforce planning
- Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement in medical services
- Address patient concerns related to medical services and enhance overall patient experience
- MBA/MSc in medical administration
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills
Head of Finance
- Oversee the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and cost efficiency
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with taxation, financial regulations, and audit requirements
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion and investment decisions
- Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in financial management
- Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
