DIGITAL & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Creation and uploading of content of social media to relevant social media platforms
- Creation of monthly social media calendar
- Cordination of photoshoots
- End-to-end e-commerce operations (coordination of order processing, delivery & return of customer orders)
- Complete responsibility of web inventory
- Overlook the company website, social media platforms & respond to all inquiries
- Achieve monthly web sale targets
- Provide weekly / monthly performance updates
- Maintain external communications with business stakeholders (malls, banks etc.)
- Coordinate with other teams and ensure flawless execution of brand promotions and campaigns (buyers, mkt. executives & shop staff)
Profile
- Above 22 years of age.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience using Canva & Photoshop for artworks.
- Previous experience managing Shopify backend (uploading products & maintaining look of the site).
- Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role would be an added advantage.
- Skills & experience in creative content writing.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken & written English is a must.
- Multi-tasker and able to handle several tasks at once.
