Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Experience with Google Search, Reddit, Meta, LinkedIn ads, Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset, ability to interpret metrics (ROI, CTR, CPA), identify trends, and report actionable insights.
  • Creativity & Collaboration: Craft compelling ad copy/visuals, align strategies with business goals, work with teams (design, content, sales).
  • Adaptability & Curiosity: Stay updated on advertising trends, experiment with new tools, adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication with teams, stakeholders, and persuasive ad copy writing.

Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in paid advertising and Google Analytics.
  • Portfolio with measurable results.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics preferred.
