What You’ll Do

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet (ATS) regularly
  • Schedule and follow up on candidate assessments and interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
  • Support employer branding activities and job postings
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Assist in recruitment analytics and reporting

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience also considered)
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Preference will be given to male candidates
