REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc Degree or Diploma in Management or a Commerce-related field
- GCE O/L (Commerce Stream) with *3 B passes or above
- GCE O/L with Commerce and Accounting subjects is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in *both Sinhala and English*
- Capable of preparing tutorials under the guidance of lecturers and teachers
- Excellent *decision-making* and *critical thinking* abilities
- Strong desire to *achieve* and grow
- *Flexible* with work schedules
- Able to *collaborate, lead juniors, and work with a **positive attitude*
- Working as a teacher or lecturer in commerce related subject is an extra value.
- Must be below 35 years.
JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate with lecturers, students, and staff to ensure quality lecturing sessions
- Assist in the preparation of tutorials with academic oversight
- Maintain student records and report key updates to management
- Engage with students and parents to ensure *timely fee collections*
- Ensure *timely preparation and delivery of tutorials*
- Contribute to developing *new academic programs and streams*
- Work proactively to *enhance the institution's academic offerings*
