You will work closely with the Retail Sales Manager to meet sales targets, support team development, and ensure smooth daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor sales trends and support promotional efforts.
- Guide, support, and train the retail team to enhance performance.
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain store standards, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Assist with sales reporting, feedback collection, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized.
