ASSISTANT MANAGER – BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overlooking, mapping and suggesting possible improvements to the existing process.
- Identify redundancies and gaps in existing processes and recommend digital transformation solutions.
- Recommend possible quality improvement efforts within the Organization (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
- Help to promote a customer service focused culture, continuous improvement and performance measurement.
- Support the design and implementation of strategic projects to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance company / Bank.
- Qualification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/ Green Belt) or any other related will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
