Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Hostess role at Bushido by Buddha-Bar in Bahrain. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining phone etiquette, and engaging with guests on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in managing Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
