Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager
Corporate and Project Sales
JOB PROFILE
- Achieve set sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities in corporate and project sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, project stakeholders, and key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
- Engage directly with clients to understand specific cooling requirements and offer tailored split, VRF, and package-type air conditioning solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to management on a timely basis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Full or part qualifications in SLIM / SIM are an advantage.
- Minimum qualification would be GCE A/L.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the air conditioning industry.
- Having a strong relationship with AC consultants and MEP engineers (an additional advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
