DESIGNATION: INTERN – CATEGORY CHANNEL SALES DEVELOPMENT

COMPANY NAME: CEYLON BISCUITS LIMITED

LOCATION: PANNIPITIYA

ROLE PROFILE

  • Analyze shopper and customer data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators across channels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the design, execution, and evaluation of category and channel marketing campaigns.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop shopper and channel marketing programs.
  • Help prepare compelling reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in trade asset management and support CCSD and Sales team events.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Undergraduate student in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
