Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit riders across the island to expand and strengthen the company’s delivery team.
- Provide regular training for riders on operational standards and effective use of company application systems.
- Supervise daily rider performance, ensuring high work quality and conducting KPI assessments.
- Assign daily delivery tasks and optimize rider deployment for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar management role within the express delivery industry.
- University degree or higher, with strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of route planning and optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive under high-pressure conditions and adapt to overtime as required.
