JOB ROLE
The Factory Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily factory activities, guaranteeing smooth tea processing, and adhering to high quality requirements. This position entails supervising tea grading, coordinating preventative maintenance of machinery, keeping correct factory records, and assisting senior management in pushing operational improvements and cost savings. The ideal applicant will have excellent leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a dedication to upholding high-quality manufacturing standards.
QUALIFICATION
- 10 to 15 years Experience in Tea Manufacturing & Factory Management
- Age preferably below 45 years
- Sound knowledge of tea grading techniques and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Candidates residing in or around the Nawalapitiya area will be given preference.
- Must provide verifiable references and a proven employment track record at the interview
