The Role

The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales operations of the company by assisting customers, maintaining store displays, handling transactions, and managing stock. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
  • Maintain and organize product displays to ensure a visually appealing.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately.
  • Support stock taking activities.

Requirements

  • Age between 20-30.
  • Experience in reputed retail environment.
  • Ability to work long hours.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years retail experience.
  • Ability to handle a competitive work environment and work under minimum supervision.
  • Excellent language and communication skills in Sinhala and English.
