ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Store Operations Coordinator for our Colombo location, you will play a critical role in shaping the retail experience and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position demands a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, creating a welcoming and knowledgeable atmosphere, managing all operational aspects of the store from sales execution to team leadership and resource management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Oversee all aspects of store management including opening and closing procedures, and workflow organisation to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
- SALES AND CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Drive store sales through excellent customer service, in-depth knowledge of products, and effective promotional strategies. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
- INVENTORY AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
- BRAND REPRESENTATION AND COMPLIANCE: Uphold the company’s brand standards and ensure all staff are fully trained on the latest products and their benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- GCE Advanced Level qualification.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for the health and fitness industry.
