WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
DEPUTY IN CHARGE - PHARMACY (THALAWATHUGODA)
JOB PROFILE
- Assist the In Charge Pharmacist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with pharmacy regulations and ensure that all operations comply with local laws.
- Train new pharmacy staff and provide ongoing development opportunities for existing team members.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure that patients receive prompt, courteous and accurate assistance.
- Manage pharmacy inventory to ensure adequate stock levels of medications and supplies while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid pharmacist license.
- Minimum 04 – 06 years of experience working in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT literacy.
