We are a Canadian-based logistics company with offices in Toronto, Montreal, New Jersey, New Delhi, Chennai, Lyon, and Marseille seeking a Senior Executive to join our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation including B/Ls, invoices, and certificates
- Coordinate with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth cargo movement
- Track and update shipment status and communicate with all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and support internal reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
