We are a Canadian-based logistics company with offices in Toronto, Montreal, New Jersey, New Delhi, Chennai, Lyon, and Marseille seeking a Senior Executive to join our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation including B/Ls, invoices, and certificates
  • Coordinate with clients, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth cargo movement
  • Track and update shipment status and communicate with all stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and support internal reporting requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
