Responsibilities
- Advise on immigration laws and handle visa applications.
- Prepare and submit visa-related documents.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure excellent front office operations and client service.
- Expand client base and develop Visa Section services.
Requirements
- 1+ year of visa consulting experience.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and managers.
