Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Provide insights into financial performance and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for accounting support.
Requirements:
- Part qualification of CA, ACCA or CIMA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of accounting experience (experience in manufacturing or milling industries preferred).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
