Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
Conduct site measurements and valuations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage contract variations and ensure accurate final accounts.
Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or steel fabrication industry.
Sound knowledge of measurement, estimation, and valuation techniques.
Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
