HEAD OF OPERATIONS
We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to lead operations at Karusan Travels. If you have a solid background in sales and marketing within the travel and tourism sector, along with a passion for client relationships and strategic growth, we invite you to apply for the role of Head of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners.
- Deliver effective presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, promoting productivity, training, and teamwork.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand into new markets and boost business performance.
- Analyze customer trends, conduct market research, and generate reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing in the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of inbound travel operations, itinerary planning, costing, and package development.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- Open to travel as required.
- A diploma or higher qualification in Tourism or a related field.
- Age below 45 years.
