- Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including petty cash management, processing payments, and preparing master data and daily reports to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and provide support in tax-related filings and documentation.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant financial insights and data.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of financial policies and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary support throughout the audit process.
Job Specification :
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Part qualifications in CA, CIMA, or ACCA would be considered an added advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required for the Executive level, while over 3 years of experience is preferred for the Senior Executive level.
- Prior experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, would be beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of financial reporting principles.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements is essential.
