ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust financial and operational controls across all business segments, with a focus on identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous business improvement. Specifically, the role entails overseeing the completeness and accuracy of Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury & Bank Reconciliation, A & P analysis, Taxation, Fixed Assets, Insurance, and Compliance. She/he will also engage in strategic business partnering with key departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Group Finance. She/He will be based at the company’s Manufacturing facility located in Flinth Commercial Park, Kadawatha.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/business management & full/part professional qualification in CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA passed finalist
- Additional advantage with training in a prominent audit firm
- Preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role
- Hands-on experience with SAP BI system is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with senior management and the leadership team
- Sound knowledge of IFRSs and proficiency in accounting best practices
- Proficient in managing various areas within the finance field
- Prior experience with SAP and in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
