EXECUTIVE - CLIENT SETTLEMENT
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable Online Payment Processor to join our Finance Division to handle the trust account client settlement process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online client settlements and ensuring that daily transactions are processed efficiently according to the established payment timelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle online payment processes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage and process daily transactions in line with established payment timetables.
- Utilize Internet Banking platforms efficiently.
- Maintain overall responsibility for online transfers, adhering to the maximum limit per transaction as per the SOP.
- Work additional hours as necessary with overtime compensation provided.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Extensive experience in handling online payment processes and digital banking.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with precision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Commercial Bank Digital Banking and LOLC Internet Banking platforms.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary.
- Regular duty hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays, with similar hours on one day of the weekend.
- Age between 25 to 45 years.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
