What You’ll Do
- Supervise and guide a team of AC and refrigeration technicians.
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of AC and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose faults and provide efficient solutions for air conditioning units.
- Plan, schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and consumables.
- Maintain detailed reports and service logs.
- Provide technical support and on-site training for junior technicians.
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in AC, Refrigeration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of split, package, ducted systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
