- Female
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar industry
- Familiarity with Architectural and Interior design
- Familiarity with BOQ is a must
- Good Knowledge in English (Both written/Oral)
- Possess leadership skills
- Good decision maker
- Expert in task delegation
- Well organized
- Problem solver
- Solid computer skills (especially MS Excel)
