MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
JOB ROLE
The Management Trainee will actively support the daily operations of the tea factory while participating in a comprehensive training program covering manufacturing processes, quality control, and logistics. This role is designed to provide in-depth exposure to all key functional areas of the factory, with hands-on experience and cross-department collaboration. Under the mentorship of senior management, the trainee will gradually assume supervisory responsibilities, preparing for a future leadership role within the organization.
QUALIFICATION
- G.C.E. A/L qualified; a diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field will be a definite advantage.
- A strong academic background with active participation in sports or extracurricular activities.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Male candidates aged between 20 to 25 years are encouraged to apply.
