Junior Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Profile
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) with a focus on travel-related services and products
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure ads reach relevant travelers and holiday seekers
- Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize bids, and adjust ad copy for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Stay updated with industry trends and Google Ads updates relevant to the travel and tourism market
- Assist in A/B testing strategies to enhance ad performance and user engagement
- Support SEO and other digital marketing initiatives as needed
The Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush or similar
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
