ASSISTANT MANAGER - OUTBOUND
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage outbound travel operations, including flights, accommodation, and Visa.
- Handle visa processing and documentation, ensuring compliance with destination country regulations.
- Liase with airlines, embassies and travel partners to secure the best deals and smooth operations.
- Provide expert advice to clients on travel destinations, visa requirements, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance service offerings.
- Train and guide team members to improve efficiency and performance.
- Manage travel budgets, pricing, and profitability of outbound tours.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outbound travel and visa handling.
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations and travel documentation procedures.
- Excellent communication.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
