The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a tailored route-to-market strategy, establishing an effective distribution model, and leading brand and shopper marketing initiatives specific to these channels. A deep understanding of the cosmetics category, customer behavior within chemist and beauty retail environments, and sub-channel dynamics is essential. The role involves analyzing market trends, deploying the right resources, building field capabilities, and developing efficient coverage and execution plans.
