INTERN - SALES SUPPORT
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Internal IT Support Team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Provide support for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand products and solutions.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Assist in preparing product demonstrations and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sales Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, customer support, and technology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of technical concepts or willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (preferred but not required).
- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to work in a team.
