Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking
Habib Bank Limited – Sri Lanka is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager will be responsible for marketing and managing a portfolio of Corporate relationships, ensuring significant trade business flows as well. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service levels ensuring adherence to the credit process flow and relevant policies. The primary expectations from the ideal candidate are, achieving targets related to advances, Trade, Deposits and profitability, while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.
Applicant should possess
- Communication skills and relevant experience to deal with corporate customers through visits and calls to market and promote products and services of HBL in the local market to obtain quality business to HBL network.
- Skills to liaison with other relevant departments such as Risk, Credit Administration, Trade, Treasury, Compliance, Internal Control and branches to ensure the completion of transactions within the stipulated agreed timelines.
- Efficiency to effectively manage relationships by providing distinctive financial, banking and advisory services to cater to the customer expectations.
- Ability to structure the credit packages and prepare the credit proposals.
Minimum qualifications:
- B.Sc. Degree and/or equivalent professional Qualification.
Minimum experience:
- 10-12 years of related Banking experience of which a minimum of 4-5 years should be in a similar position / responsibility.
Communication
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
