Junior Executive / Executive
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive / Executive to join our HR team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Process and track leave requests and approvals.
- Prepare attendance reports and assist in payroll processing.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support in handling legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain records of legal cases and follow up on ongoing litigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or partly qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or professional qualification in HRM (CIPM).
- One year of prior experience in HR or completion of an HR internship.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
