Junior Executive - Branch Banking
Kaduruwela Branch
The Job:
- To handle Teller functions/ Accounts Opening/Customer service counters
- To handle customer inquiries and promote cross-selling
- He/She will be accountable for cash and other financial instruments held under custody
- Maintain bank records/documents in line with the laid down policies and procedures
- Achieve assigned operational and business goals
- Participate in Marketing campaigns conducted by the branch
The Person:
- Possession of part qualification in Banking will be advantageous
- Should have passed a minimum of 03 subjects at the Intermediate level of Banking at IBSL
- Minimum 02-03 years of work experience in Branch Operations in a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution
- Possess excellent business language skills coupled with good computer literacy
- Pleasing personality with a genuine passion for serving customers
