The Sri Lankan operations are led by the esteemed motorsports champion, Mr. Ashan Silva, under whose guidance the branch upholds the highest standards of precision engineering and service excellence.
We are currently seeking a highly competent Manager to oversee our Sri Lankan operations. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency and maintain our commitment to excellence across both motorsports and general vehicle services.
Job summary:
As Manager, you'll lead operations in both the Motor Sports and General Vehicle Maintenance Divisions, ensuring top performance, safety, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead motorsports car modifications with precision and performance focus.
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with technicians on high-performance projects.
- Work with director operations to respond to client’s requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate.
- Manage procurement of specialized spare parts and materials.
- Oversee multi brand vehicle maintenance servicing to manufacturer standards.
- Inspire and train teams for a high-performance culture.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Car Modification.
Qualification:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management with experience in automotive services or motorsports preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an Automotive Workshop added as an advantage.
- Strong Technical Knowledge of racing car modifications and branded car servicing.
- Customer-Oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement, logistics, and safety management.
