Quality Assurance Executive (Kandy Factory)
Candidate Profile
- BSc. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or similar discipline from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and practices and ISO Standards.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Proficiency in microbiological and chemical testing methods.
- Understanding of sensory evaluation techniques and the ability to conduct sensory tests.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data.
- Knowledge of relevant food safety standards and regulations.
- Age below 35 years.
Preference will be given for the candidates reside close to Kandy area or subs.
