FINANCE EXECUTIVE (NUGEGODA)

FOR OUR CLIENT!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all finance-related functions of the company
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist with the annual audit process
  • Lead and manage the accounting team
  • Conduct annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Manage day-to-day operations including cash flow, working capital, and bank relationships
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other departments

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA or part qualification, AAT, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Age below 35
  • Strong integrity, work ethic, and team orientation
  • Proficient in English and Sinhala
  • Advanced computer literacy with knowledge of accounting software
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
