The Sales Administration Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by handling various administrative tasks, managing customer orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales department and other internal teams. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: GCE A/L in Commerce stream
- Experience: Minimum of 02 years experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or hardware industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hardware or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of road maps of Island wide to streamline delivery process.
