We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual for the role of Manager - IT to lead and oversee the procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute Information Technology strategies to support the corporate strategy of the organization.
- Maintenance of the IT infrastructure while implementing best industry practices with regard to IT security.
- Lead and coordinate selection, installation, operations, support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure that IT infrastructure is successfully exploited to achieve continuous improvement and competitive advantage through efficient and optimum use of resources.
- Safeguard the business and its operations against IT risk, including unauthorized access to information, data integrity problems, loss of processing capability and IT related business interruptions.
- Lead develop and implement new IT initiatives that enable the company to compete more dynamically and profitably in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace.
- Oversee department’s subordinates and maintain departmental deliverables within the service limits, time lines set by the management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the recognized institution or equivalent professional qualification and Post Graduate degree related to IT from recognized institute will be a distinct advantage.
- Possess 05 years’ demonstrable experience in IT systems management in a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
- Possess 2-3 years’ hands-on experience as a system administrator.
- Excellent analytical, technical, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively all levels of the organization.
