PREREQUISITES
- Minimum 02 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed company.
- A Degree / a professional qualification in Human Resources or Management from a recognized institution.
- Is skilled in Employee Relations and Employment Law, Policies and Procedures, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Benefits Administration and Performance Appraisal.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
